When does the Challenge start?

The Challenge kicks off on Monday 21st September at 7pm, you will gain access to our online webinar via email link which will hit your inbox the day of the challenge.

Is there any sewing involved?

YES! This year, our Challenge is doing things a little differently — it’s officially Garment No. 1 of our CCC Course!

Each day of the Challenge will take you one step closer to creating your first garment of CCC, building your skills and confidence as we go.

Then on Day 3, we'll come together for our LIVE sewing session, where we'll sew the garment from start to finish together.

It's not just a challenge, it's your first step into CCC.

I'm super busy, how will I fit this Challenge in to my week?

Most people are very busy, so we allocate one hour in the evening 7pm-8pm for the live session (which is recorded) and we set you on your way to spend the time you have on your Challenge entry. There is absolutely no pressure to take part in all three days. If you want, you can even sit back and just be part of the Challenge community.

What if I can't make a LIVE session?

Don't panic if you can't make one or more of the Challenge nights, every session is recorded and sent to your inbox so you can catch up. The Challenge sessions finish on Wednesday.

Do I need any equipment for the Challenges?

If you want to sew the first CCC pattern, then yes you will need the pattern (which will be available for FREE), material, sewing machine, notions etc. Kits for the pattern and fabric will be available shortly via the hub as well as info on what you will need in detail.

I've been sewing for 10 years what will I get form the Challenge

The challenge is for everyone. For a beginner who is new to dressmaking, it will be a great place to start your dressmaking journey. For someone who is a skilled sewist, it will be a real palette cleanser pattern to work on, you might even learn a new skill when it comes to the foled elastic.
